To complete your verification, you will need to upload clear digital copies of the following documents. Please ensure all text is legible.

CAC Certificate (Optional for Ministries)

Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission.

Reference Letter

A letter of recommendation from a recognized Christian body (e.g., CAN, PFN) or a verified partner.

Proof of Ministry Activity

Recent photos of outreach, mission reports, or a link to an active website/social media page.

Valid ID of Representative

NIN, International Passport, or Voter's Card of the contact person.
