By accessing or using the Believers' Company platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, frontline partners, and others who access the platform, whether located in Nigeria or internationally. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Believers' Company is a faith-centered digital platform connecting verified Christian frontline partners in Nigeria with donors for sustainable giving. We facilitate donations, provide partner verification services, and offer reporting tools designed to promote transparency and accountability in Kingdom-focused stewardship.

When you create an account, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept that Believers' Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Statement of Faith or these Terms.

Frontline partners seeking to receive funds through the platform must complete our rigorous verification process. This may include identity verification, CAC registration review (where applicable), reference checks with trusted local networks, and alignment with our Statement of Faith. Believers' Company reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke partner verification at its sole discretion.

The following terms govern all donations made through the platform:

• Donations are processed securely through regulated, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• A small administrative fee may be deducted to cover transaction costs and platform maintenance.
• Donations are generally non-refundable unless a verified technical error occurred during processing.
• While partners are required to provide regular impact reporting, Believers' Company is not responsible for the final usage of funds by individual partners.

All content on the Believers' Company platform — including its organization, graphics, design, compilation, and underlying software — is protected under applicable Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any platform content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Believers' Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Believers' Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a platform announcement or other reasonable notice. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
