Outlines user responsibilities for providing accurate information, maintaining password confidentiality, notifying the company of unauthorized use, and states the company's right to terminate accounts violating their Statement of Faith or these Terms.

Details the rigorous verification process for partners seeking funds, including CAC registration, reference checks, and alignment with the Statement of Faith, with Believers' Company reserving the right to approve or reject applications.

States that donations are processed securely, with a small administrative fee potentially deducted for transaction costs and platform maintenance. Donations are generally non-refundable unless a technical error occurs. Believers' Company is not responsible for the final usage of funds by partners, though regular impact reporting is required.

Covers the protection of platform content (organization, graphics, design, compilation) under applicable Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and proprietary laws, prohibiting copying, redistribution, or publishing without express written permission.
